At Fox IPTV, we do not offer refunds on digital products or services once they have been activated and delivered. This is why we strongly encourage you to request a free trial before making a purchase.
If you believe your situation qualifies as a special case, you may submit a refund request form. We will review your case individually.
If a refund is approved, your access to the purchased service(s) will be immediately revoked.
Full refunds are only available for purchases made within 7 days of the refund request.
Partial refunds may be issued for purchases made more than 7 days prior, based on the unused time remaining on the subscription.
No refunds will be issued for trials or accounts that have been used for more than 50% of their validity period.
Refunds usually take 5 to 7 working days to be processed by our payment processors. Please note that we do not have control over this timeline. As soon as your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund.
